Who is on each side

Everything you read on eabotnica.com, and anything you buy there, is offered by Eabotnica. That is a trading name; the sections below call it Eabotnica, we or us. The person on the other side of the contract is you, from the moment you begin using the site.

Eabotnica is a grower of software. Our organisms are adaptive trading programs that run inside MetaTrader 5, on an account you hold with a broker you chose without any involvement from us. Growing and licensing them is the whole of what we do — not broking, not dealing, not running an exchange, not holding a fund, not keeping custody of anything, and not advising. We hold no permission to recommend investments and we run nobody’s trading. No page of the site is a suggestion to buy or sell anything, and none of it was written with your circumstances in mind.

Eabotnica is a trading name, not a registered company. The business behind it is run by an individual who has completed identity verification with our payment processor. Anyone who needs the operator's full legal and postal details can ask for them at [email protected] and will receive them by reply.

What one purchase buys

A purchase is one payment for one 12-month growing licence covering one stage of one organism. When the processor confirms the payment, the harvest page releases the seed packet: a single ZIP holding the compiled organism for that stage and its PDF care booklet, and nothing besides.

The licence lasts 12 months from the day of payment and then ends. None of what we sell is open-ended, permanent or perpetual; there is no subscription behind it, it does not renew itself, and no second charge is taken unless you decide to buy again. Your rights over the organism are set out in the Grower Licence; read the two documents as one.

Paying

Everything on this site is sold and licensed by Eabotnica. Whop handles the card payment as our payment processor and nothing more: it is not the seller, the supplier or the licensor of the software you receive. The card form on the grow page is the processor’s own: the card number goes to them and never to us, and by completing the form you also accept the processor’s terms for that transaction. Prices are in US dollars unless the form shows another currency. Any tax due where you live is for you to settle.

The packet opens at once, so sales usually stand

Payment releases the packet immediately, and a released file cannot be un-released. That is why a completed sale is normally final. The Refund Window lists the situations we put right without argument; go there before going to your card issuer, because a chargeback takes weeks, costs us a fee whatever its outcome, and gets you nothing sooner.

What remains ours, and what you may not do with it

Eabotnica, or a licensor of ours, owns the organisms, owns the Eabotnica name, and owns every word and picture on the site. A licence lets you run the software as the Grower Licence describes; it moves no ownership to you and grants nothing beyond what that document states. Which is why the following are all outside what you bought:

• handing the organism, the ZIP or anything from it to another person, whether sold, lent, uploaded, posted or simply shared;
• prising the compiled build open by decompiler, disassembler or any other means, circumventing whatever ties it to your purchase, or stripping a notice of ownership out of it;
• running it for anyone else’s benefit — pooled capital, accounts mirroring yours, or subscribers following the trades;
• using it in any place, or on any account, where local rules or your broker's own terms prohibit automated trading;
• offering it onward with claims we did not make or figures that did not come from us.

Who may plant

You need to be eighteen or older and able to enter a contract where you live. It is also for you to check that automated trading is permitted in your country and by your broker: some forbid it, some restrict it, and we have no means of checking on your behalf.

Money and accounts stay with you

The price of a licence is the only sum that ever travels from you to us. An organism is planted on your own brokerage account, behind a login we never see, and each position it opens or closes there is your act, taken on your authority. Gains are yours; so are losses. Whatever passes between you and your broker is governed by your agreement with them, not by this one.

No promise about performance

Everything we deliver, and the site itself, comes as it stands. We give no warranty, express or implied: none of fitness for any purpose, none of merchantability, none of running without interruption or error, and above all none that an organism will make money or match any figure ever published. The Risk of Loss and About Our Figures are part of these terms; read them before paying.

Two third parties

Your broker is one; the maker of MetaTrader 5 is the other. Outages, spreads, commissions, fills, updates and decisions about your account belong to them, under their own terms, and sit outside anything we control or promise.

Where our responsibility ends

To the fullest extent the law allows, Eabotnica carries no liability for a trading loss, for profit you did not make, or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the software or the site. Whatever the claim, the most we can owe you over a product is what you paid us for it.

If a claim is brought against Eabotnica over how you used the software, how you traded, or a term you broke, the cost of meeting it falls to you.

Your local law comes first

Where the consumer law of your country gives you a right these terms appear to remove, that right stands and the term bends to fit it. Nothing here is meant to take from you a protection you cannot waive.

Revisions, and reaching us

These terms change from time to time. The review date on this page shows which version applies, and using the site after a change counts as accepting it. A change applies to purchases made after it, never to one already made.
