- One payment buys 12 months of permission to run the stage you chose, on accounts belonging to you.
- The organism itself never changes hands. You are holding permission, not property.
- Six acts end the permission on the spot, and the first of them is letting the file reach somebody else.
- The last day is the last day. Nothing renews on its own and no card is charged again.
- A licence to run software is all this is. It promises no outcome, and the organism can lose money.

What this document is
You bought a compiled file. This page is the permission that lets you run it, and it is the only thing your payment bought apart from the file itself. It works alongside the Planting Terms, which cover the sale, and neither displaces the other.
What you may do with it
Plant the stage you bought on any trading account that belongs to you or otherwise answers to you, at whichever brokers you use. The permission follows your accounts rather than a count of installations, so the file may sit on two machines at once — a computer of yours and a hosted server you pay for — which is what a grower moving between a laptop and a VPS actually needs. A private backup of the ZIP is sensible rather than forbidden, and every update issued for your stage while the term runs is yours to take on these same conditions.
That paragraph is the whole of what Eabotnica grants, and it is granted to you by name. It travels to nobody else, by any route, and it holds only while the next section is respected.
Six acts that end it immediately
- Letting the file reach another person at all: sold, lent, given, rented, sublicensed or simply forwarded.
- Leaving it anywhere a stranger could pick it up, no matter how small or how private the room.
- Prising the compiled file open to recover what is inside it, by decompiler, disassembler or any other means, and likewise circumventing whatever ties the build to your purchase.
- Building something of your own out of it for other people to use.
- Interfering with any statement of who owns the work, wherever in the file or the booklet it appears.
- Running it for anyone else’s benefit — pooled capital, accounts mirroring yours, or subscribers following the trades.
Any of the six ends this licence the moment it happens, and nothing is refunded. A grower whose entire product is a single file has no gentler remedy to reach for.
The packet, and the two references that name it
One ZIP, released when the payment settles, holding your stage’s compiled organism and a PDF care booklet that records the configuration profile the stage is licensed for. Two references identify the purchase, a sowing reference and a Seed Code, both printed on the harvest page and sent to you by email. Neither is typed into the terminal; they are how a grower recognises you when you write. Keep them where you will find them again.
The clock, and the last day
The 12 months are counted from the day of purchase and the length never varies. Nothing here and nothing on sale anywhere in this grove grants use of the software without an end date. You are shown the length on the grow page before the card form loads, again on the harvest page once the payment has cleared, and a third time inside the care booklet.
When the 12-month growing licence expires, take the organism off the chart and delete the copies you hold. Nothing renews by itself and no card is charged without a purchase you deliberately make. Ahead of that date we email you what a fresh licence would cost; the message needs no reply and expects none.
Finishing sooner, and the three parts that outlast it
The permission can also stop before its date, by your hand either way. Break one of the six acts and it is gone that instant; write and ask us to close it and it goes by agreement. In both cases the organism comes off the chart and your copies go with it. Three things do not go: our ownership of the work, the six acts themselves, and the ceiling on anything we could ever owe you. Those outlast the licence they sit inside.
What was never yours
You hold a permission, not a possession. The code, the build it was compiled into, the name printed on it and everything the law recognises as property in any of them stay with Eabotnica from the first day to the last. No line of this document hands you a piece of that, and nothing you do with the file creates a claim to one.
What it refuses to promise, and the two platforms beneath it
Nothing in this permission is a promise about money. The organism trades, trading takes as readily as it gives, and no grower here has ever said otherwise or has the standing to. Read the Risk of Loss and About Our Figures before you plant anything; both are part of this permission rather than commentary on it.
Two pieces of machinery underneath the organism belong to other people: the MetaTrader 5 terminal, and the broker you signed up with. When either reworks a build or an instrument list we do the work of keeping your stage alive on it, and we publish what comes of that work to you at no charge. What we cannot do is guarantee the outcome of somebody else’s decision, so this document does not pretend to.
