Grow Sequoia Heartwood

One engine underlies both panels; the stage decides how much of it is awake and how much of the sizing and exposure is yours to set. Nowhere in this grove is a higher stage offered as the one that earns more.

What grew here

Sequoia is the oldest organism in the colony and the one the others grew from. It runs a single adaptive core across a watch list of up to six markets, majors, metals and an index, scoring each one every session for trend quality and volatility and taking entries only where the score clears its bar. Position sizing, the news pause and the spread ceiling are part of the trunk from the Sapling stage; Heartwood adds the throttle, the cap and the preset we grow it with ourselves.

How it spends a session

Sequoia opens positions across its watch list at a modest cadence, typically a few a week in total, holding from hours to several days depending on the market. Sizing is a percentage of balance from the first stage. At Heartwood the sap throttle pares every position back for as long as the balance trails its own peak, and the canopy limit keeps total exposure bounded however many markets happen to qualify at once. It observes a session window per market, the spread ceiling and the daily loss brake without exception.

One place will carry the market, the broker and the account type for Sequoia, and that place is the public page at FX Blue. Deliberately, they are not restated here, because two copies of a fact are two chances for one of them to drift. No such page exists today, so this grove asserts nothing whatever about the account.

Honest expectation

Adaptation changes thresholds; it does not remove risk. Expect losing stretches, expect drawdown, and size the account as one you could watch shrink without changing your life.
